Marcia has designed, delivered and evaluated a wide range mental health, forensic health and social care training programmes in local authorities across the UK, Europe and the United States for over 20 years.
With experience in the statutory, voluntary, academic and corporate sectors working as researcher, lecturer and programme evaluator.
She has presented workshops at several local, national and international conferences and events on topics ranging from Adult mental health, forensic issues, diversity and equality, serious youth violence, domestic abuse, children and adolescent mental health especially post pandemic.
Marcia has been involved in social work curriculum development and teaching advanced PQ social work programme at University of London and other teaching institutions.

Charline specialises in Play Therapy and trauma informed training for dysregulated children.

Simon is currently employed as a Social Worker, Adopter, Foster Carer and Independent Vice Chair for Fostering panels.
He served as a Police Officer for 7 years, becoming the force’s youngest Sergeant.
Following encounters with families in crisis, Simon developed a passion for children in care, leading Simon to re- train as a Social Worker and becoming a Foster Carer.
Simon has held a range of roles within the Social Care sector, primarily as an Independent Social Worker, and as a Fostering Panel Chair.
He and his wife Laura, specialise in the long-term care of ‘hard to place’ children. Alongside their two birth children, they care for two foster children and one adopted child.

Elizabeth works with vulnerable young people. She is a Specialist Worker as well as a Training Facilitator in a multi-disciplinary Educational Team.
Elizabeth’s current role focusses on vulnerable young people missing from education, home or care and contextual safeguarding issues.
Elizabeth can provide guidance on overcoming discrimination and bullying, how to value yourself, your culture, how to find your passion, create your goals and focus on them.
Elizabeth is a black female and has been practicing for over 20 years, and currently sits on a Race Equality Network Board.

He provides exceptional advisory services and support to employees, managers, and senior leaders, ensuring a fair and productive work environment.
Ashaka excels in coaching managers and facilitating effective communication within organizations. As a trained mediator and Mental Health First Aider, he prioritises employee well-being and mental health, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
With a CIPD qualification and a solid educational background in Applied Science and Youth and Community Development, he brings a unique blend of HR expertise and a people-centered approach to achieving organisational objectives.

Carline is a qualified Social Work Practice Educator, with a background in Fostering and Adoption within children social care and voluntary organisations.
She is an independent Panel Member; a Sexual Exploitation, Child Protection and Safeguarding Lead; an Independent reviewing Officer; Complaints Officer; and multi-agency Trainer.
Carline can focus on career prospects for HSC practitioners in the post-Covid-19 era, employability/skillsets and professional development (Case study and role play).
Carline is also the Director of AT&S LTD Training Consultancy.

Gabriella is one of the subject matter experts delivering online safety training for The National College. She is also the online safety expert for FosterWiki.
Gabriella has over 25 years of experience working directly with children, young people and families. She has worked in schools, children's homes and faith communities. Her roles have included support work, advocacy and delivering training both to service users and frontline professionals.
Gabriella has worked with children in the care system, and those who have been subjected to abuse. She has managed staff and volunteer teams. She has worked in anti-human trafficking as a national trainer and a First Responder for the NRM, working directly with victims of trafficking.
Gabriella has also worked at the NSPCC in a management role overseeing the anti-abuse programme in primary schools across 6 London Boroughs.
Gabriella delivers in school settings in the UK and abroad, colleges and universities, Local Safeguarding Boards, charities and businesses ensuring their safeguarding is robust and up-to-date.

Jim works in support of vulnerable groups.
Jim’s focus is on vulnerable adults and working with people with substance misuse issues.
He is a Specialist Practitioner in a multi-disciplinary team, and accredited by the NSPCC to train multidisciplinary staff on working with parental neglect.
Jim is a white male and has been practicing for over 30 years.

Rebecca has over twenty years experience working with adolescents, the majority of this time spent working with young people who commit offences.
She has over ten years experience delivering training and workshops to adults, both professionals and volunteers.
Rebecca specialises in safeguarding with emphasis on criminal and sexual exploitation of young people, (CCE/CSE) highlighting contextual safeguarding, the impact of trauma and offending on young people's development.
Rebecca provides training in restorative justice and delivers sexual health and healthy relationship workshops to young people in schools and other youth organisations.
She presently works as a children’s practitioner in a family safeguarding setting.

Janet is a Registered Adult Nurse with over 20 years experience.
Janet studied at Kings College London and has a BSc in Specialist Community Public Health Nursing and is currently a practicing Midwife with extensive experience in healthcare.
She is a qualified Practice Teacher and has held several roles within Practice Education and Training within Community and Acute Services in London.
Janet has co-ordinated and delivered training on serious harms affecting children and families.
She has a MSc in Education for Healthcare Professionals awarded in 2014, and has a Post Graduate Diploma Qualification in Child Protection and Children’s Law from 2017.
Janet has been a Named Nurse Safeguarding Lead for Children & Young People since 2015 and has previously held several safeguarding roles.

Mthoko qualified as a Social Worker in South Africa in 1997, first working with the political party, the ANC, as the Political Development Officer, then as a National Gender Coordinator for the South African Municipal Workers' Union (SAMWU) and with various non-governmental organisations including the Institute for Democracy in South Africa (IDASA).
She has held different social work positions in South Africa including working with the elderly, young offenders and generic frontline social work.
Mthoko has held different positions in Family Group Conferencing (FGC) as a senior FGC Coordinator, FGC Tutor, setting up and managing a FGC service. Mthoko has worked as a social work practice educator, tutor and supervisor for various universities.
Mthoko has held different social work positions including Crisis Intervention & Homeless 16 – 17 Team, Child Protection and Homeless 16 – 17 and Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children Team.
Mthoko continues to be involved in FGC research, dissertation supervision, personal tutoring and lecturing in social work.
